VIP Platinum Services
Client will supply to Aaaoe:
- 250 samples of each product to AAAOE on a yearly basis.
- Supply to Aaaoe, 10,000 copies of its catalogs to AAAOE on a yearly basis. Catalogue will be in American English
Aaaoe will:
- Develop 250 wholesalers for the client in the first year.
- Develop and retain no less than 250 wholesalers total in each succeeding year.
- Develop 10 retail outlets for the clients product(s) in the first year
Fees
- Client will pay to Aaaoe $620,000 USD to AAAOE every year for these services , a nd the total amount of the620,000 USD will split into 3 payments: 40% of the total amount ($248,000USD) will be the first deposit, and will be wired to AAAOE in 10 days after signed this contract; the second 30% of the total amount ($186,000USD) be wired to AAAOE in 10 days after the amount of the wholesalers reaches to 70; the third 30% of the total amount ($186,000USD) be wired to AAAOE in 10 days after the amount of the wholesalers reaches to 140. The service fee from the second year will be paid in full in the last month of the last year before the new calendar year begins.
VIP Gold Services
Client will supply to Aaaoe:
- 100 samples of each product to AAAOE on a yearly basis.
- Supply to Aaaoe, 7,000 copies of its catalogs to AAAOE on a yearly basis. Catalogue will be in American English
Aaaoe will:
- Develop 100 wholesalers for the client in the first year.
- Develop and retain no less than 100 wholesalers total in each succeeding year.
- Develop 3 retail outlets for the clients product(s) in the first year
Fees
- Client will pay to Aaaoe $124,000 USD to AAAOE every year for these services, and the total amount of the 124,000 USD will split into 3 payments: 40% of the total amount ($49,600USD) will be the first deposit, and will be wired to AAAOE in 10 days after signed this contract; the second 30% of the total amount ($37,200USD) be wired to AAAOE in 10 days after the amount of the wholesalers reaches to 30; the third 30% of the total amount ($37,200USD) be wired to AAAOE in 10 days after the amount of the wholesalers reaches to 60. The service fee from the second year will be paid in full in the last month of the last year before the new calendar year begins.
VIP Silver Services
Client will supply to Aaaoe:
- 50 samples of each product to AAAOE on a yearly basis.
- Supply to Aaaoe, 5,000 copies of its catalogs to AAAOE on a yearly basis. Catalogue will be in American English
Aaaoe will:
- Develop 50 wholesalers for the client in the first year.
- Develop and retain no less than 50 wholesalers total in each succeeding year.
Fees
- Client will pay to Aaaoe $62,000 USD to AAAOE every year for these services.
VIP Bronze Services
Client will supply to Aaaoe:
- 50 samples of each product to AAAOE on a yearly basis.
- Supply to Aaaoe, 5,000 copies of its catalogs to AAAOE on a yearly basis. Catalogue will be in American English
Aaaoe will:
- Develop 25 wholesalers for the client in the first year.
- Develop and retain no less than 25 wholesalers total in each succeeding year.
Fees
- Client will pay to Aaaoe $25,000 USD to AAAOE every year for these services.
